A Bacchant (\b-`känt\) is a devotee or worshiper of Bacchus, the Roman God of Wine.

Master Sommelier Sara Floyd and the Pisoni Family are both very passionate about wine. They have each been involved in the wine industry for almost thirty years. After 10 years of being friends, they finally decided to form a partnership and produce wines together. Under Bacchant Wines, they produce beautiful, balanced, and enjoyable wines from unique parts of California.

WINES: Our current release is the 2007 Luli Chardonnay.
Luli is a blend of two vineyards, most of it being from the Santa Lucia Highlands in Monterey County. The wine was fermented in both stainless steel tanks and neutral barrels. No malo-lactic fermentation was carried out in this wine. Luli has bright aromas, fresh flavors and refreshing acidity.
